Twittering is interesting if its from folks with a mastery of the English language. Okay, and celebrities. I am not a tweeter myself. I would like to sound mature enough to say I have resisted, but truth is I get a lot of catharsis from the facebook…

Hey, I like the idea of this. So many times, I get set up to write by myself, yet there are so many other distractions, not the least being the internet and all its tangents. I would totally be up for this. What kind of stuff do you write Lynne?

How business has changed...

I found myself watching Mad Men on sbs tonight.

Funny that; as I'd already seen the whole first series on dvd. I had been reading about it in the Saturday papers a few months ago around the time of the Emmys, and then decided as an enthusiast of good tv, that I would go out and buy the whole disc. Its a great serial. To genrefy it, well, its basically a soap opera. As if that wouldn't turn a lot people off already, it also has a really slow pace. But Mad Men is beautiful to watch.… Continue

You Can Judge a Book by its Cover

When entering a book store its best to have a strategy, a plan of attack. If are off to buy a specific book, that's fine, but if you're browsing, you can end up staying for hours. This can be frustrating if you had had other plans while out shopping.

I would love to help out anyone wanting to see their work on the screen. Writers who are keen to work to brief, or even have a solid idea al… Continue
